University Heart Month Health Fair in February

Heart disease and stroke are leading causes of death in the United States. Fortunately, lifestyle changes and early detection can reduce your risk, and a University Heart Month Health Fair is the perfect place to begin. We’ll provide the education, encouragement and support to help you embark on a healthier lifestyle – and all of it is absolutely free.

FREE ACTIVITIES INCLUDE:

  • Health risk assessments
  • Blood sugar testing, blood pressure screening and total cholesterol testing
  • Information and coaching
  • Special gifts and door prices
