University’s Westwood Extended Care Receives AHCA Recognition
Augusta, GA. – University Health Care System’s Westwood Extended Care recently received Tier Two recognition as part of the American Health Care Association’s Quality Initiative Recognition Program for achieving the following Quality Initiative goals:
- Safely reducing hospital readmissions
- Increasing staff stability Westwood’s staff was commended by AHCA for its proven commitment to quality, demonstrated by the Quality Initiative goals. The accomplishment shows just one of the many ways Westwood is working to improve the lives of the individuals they serve.
