Work Performance Center

University Hospital
1350 Walton Way
Augusta, GA 30901

Since 1985, the Work Performance Center has helped injured workers get back on the job through work-conditioning exercises simulating the actual physical demands of their jobs. Prevention, work evaluation and rehabilitation are all part of the Work Performance Center's goal, which is to get injured employees back to work.

Based on the client's work capacity and evaluation, occupational and physical therapists develop individualized therapy programs to stabilize pain, increase mobility and build endurance.

The center also offers injury prevention and job safety education and pre-employment screenings.
