Grilled Peaches and Cream

You scream I scream we all scream for peaches and cream!

  • 2 ripe but firm peaches, cut in half and pitted
  • 2 cups good quality vanilla ice cream
  • 2 teaspoons organic canola oil
  • Mint leaves
  • Waffle cookie (optional garnish)

Preheat the grill to medium heat. Clean and oil the grill grates. Oil the cut sides of the peaches and grill for 2 minutes, carefully rotate a quarter turn and grill 2 more minutes to get “good” grill marks. Remove from heat and serve with ½ cup ice cream and mint garnish.
