Rehabilitation Therapy
Physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language therapy and auditory therapy play vital roles in many of Piedmont Augusta’s rehabilitation programs. Piedmont Augusta provides therapy treatments that can help patients get back, keep or improve the abilities they need for daily life. These abilities may include physical, mental and/or cognitive function. Patients may need therapy because of a disease or injury, or as a side effect from medical treatment. Rehabilitation can improve patients’ daily life and help them regain their abilities or independence.
