Sweet Grilled Watermelon and Mozzarella
Light, refreshing and satisfying!
- 1 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 4 Watermelon wedges
- 2 ounces Fresh mozzarella
- Basil leaves
- Cracked black pepper
- Coarse salt
Whisk together balsamic vinegar and honey. Lightly brush the watermelon wedges with balsamic glaze and place over clean oiled grill grates. Grill for 2-3 minutes on each side. Once the watermelon is grilled, place a slice on a dessert plate and top with a slice of mozzarella. Sprinkle a little cracked black pepper, salt and vinegar glaze over the watermelon and top with basil.
