University’s George Ann Phillips Named President of Georgia Association

(May 28, 2018) Augusta, Ga. – University Health Care System’s Director of the Revenue Cycle, George Ann Phillips has been named the president of The Georgia Chapter of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA); her term begins June 1, 2018.

The association’s new board of directors will be responsible for managing all chapter activities and for the overall operation of the chapter. They will ensure that the chapter continues to provide a quality experience to members.

“It is an honor and a privilege to be chosen to lead the Georgia Chapter of HFMA,” Ms. Phillips said. “HFMA is nationally recognized as the source of truth for all Financial and Revenue Cycle issues related to Healthcare.
